Skillsync is a hiring platform that surfaces engineers and scientists through what they've actually built. The brief wrote itself: build for developers. The interface had to feel like a developer's natural habitat - the terminal. Minimal yet technical, data-forward without noise. Every decision ran through one filter: does this put a developer at ease? We partnered on the creative direction for the Skillsync's MVP. Later we conceptualized what the rest of the identity could look like.
